Government Code section 54953(e)(1) authorizes local legislative bodies to hold
public meetings via teleconference and to make public meetings
accessible telephonically or otherwise electronically to all members of
the public. Members of the public are encouraged to observe and
participate in the teleconference.

Public Comment: Opportunity for members of the public to address the Housing Authority on subjects not otherwise on the agenda relating to Housing Authority business. The Board reserves the right to impose a reasonable limit on time afforded to any topic or to any individual speaker.

5.   Adopt Authorized Signatory Resolution 
 
6.   Renew authorization for remote (teleconference/videoconference) meetings pursuant to Assembly Bill 361 on the basis that (a) the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency is ongoing, and (b) meeting in person would present imminent risks to the health or safety of attendees
 
7.   Review and approve minutes from January 25, 2023 meeting.
 
8.   Approve contract for roof repair and replacement.
 
9.  

Increase salary range for Human Resource Specialist and Office Support Worker.
 
10.  

Review and File FY 2021-22 Annual Audit Report
 
11.   Review and approve updated 2023 calendar year meeting schedule of the Yolo County Housing Commission.
