Hold a Public Hearing on the FY 2024 Annual Plan Update, Five-Year Capital Fund Plan Update, and Annual Plan Statement; Receive a presentation providing a framework for approval requests; Adopt a Resolution confirming adoption of the FY 2024 Annual Plan; Approve the 2024-2028 Five-Year Capital Fund Plan Update, 2024 Annual Plan Statement, and provide associated Budget Authority; and Authorize the YCH Executive Director to submit all required documents as approved to Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Review and approve minutes from the January 24, 2024 meeting.

Review and Approve Updates to the Agency's Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP)
 
8.   Approve new classification specification for Manager I and set the salary range at $39.90 to $48.50.
 
9.   Review and Approve Draft Easement Agreement between Madison Community Services District and Yolo County Housing; and Authorize the Executive Director, or the Director's designee, to sign the Easement.
 
10.  
Review and approve a contract cost increase amendment with Kitchell CEM for provision of construction management services for the Yolo County Housing.

11.   Approve the First Amendment to the Executive Director's employment agreement (Agreement No. 22-13) to increase the compensation to the Step 3 salary effective January 16, 2024 and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment.

Receive a Public Housing Repositioning Update Presentation; and Authorize the Executive Director, or the Director’s designee, to Enter Into/Execute the Final Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Brinshore Development LLC and Operative Office Inc, and New Hope Community Development Corporation, Subject to Legal Counsel Approval as to Form.
 
13.  
Review and Approve the Selection of a Total of Sixty (60) Project Based Vouchers (Housing Choice Voucher Program); including Thirty-Five (35) Project Based Vouchers to Two New Construction Projects, and Twenty-Five (25) Project Based Vouchers to Three Existing Housing Projects; Authorize the Executive Director, or the Director’s designee, to execute all associated contracts and documents required.

Receive a Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Midyear Budget Update Presentation; and Approve the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Midyear Budget.
 
             
15. Reports from members of the Commission, including announcements and questions to be referred to staff
