5. Approve and Conduct Swearing-In of Yolo County Commissioner Mary Vixie Sandy

6.   Review and approve minutes from the October 25, 2023 meeting.
 
7.  
Review, Approve and Adopt a Resolution for a Revised Flat Rent Schedule, and authorize the Executive Director to implement the new Schedule.
 
8.   Review and approve the 2024 calendar year meeting schedule of Yolo County Housing Commission. 
 
9.   Adopt California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS) Resolution affirming the Yolo County Housing Authority's contribution for health insurance for agency employees effective February 1, 2024.
 
10.  
Approve increasing salary range for Office Support Worker to align with California Minimum Wage.
 
11.  
Review and approve a contract with Swierstok Enterprise Inc, dba, Pro Builders for necessary improvements at the El Rio Villas; Authorize the Executive Director, or the Director's designee, to sign the $1,456,192.10 contract with Swierstok Enterprise Inc, dba, Pro Builders.
