Ratify the following: Resolution No. 16-07 commending Harold 'Chip' Edgar upon his retirement from Yolo County. 5. Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments. 6. Correspondence. 7. Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution for changes to the Child Support Services, Financial Services and General Services departments; and authorize the County Administrator's Office, Human Resources Division to revise the Retiree Health Reimbursement Arrangement procedure approved by the Board on December 15, 2015 as needed to address negotiations with the Yolo County Correctional Officers Association and Stationary Engineers, Local 39 (General Unit) for phase-in of future retirees. The Code Amendments include substantive changes to the Zoning Code (including an increase in bed and breakfast room limits and changes to airport-related zoning), a series of “clean-up” text amendments involving subdivision and zoning regulations, and a Zoning Map Amendment to add sand and gravel overlay zones to mining properties along Cache Creek.
