Approve budget for Yolo Branch Library Replacement and adopt budget resolution appropriating $100,000 in additional funding for 2019-20. (No general fund impact) (4/5 vote required) (Nunes/Fink) 9. Approve changes to the Naming of County Assets Policy. (No general fund impact) (Nunes) Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Elections 10. Approve Yolo County Employee Volunteer Poll Worker Program. Authorize the sale of tax-defaulted properties at public auction via the Internet on May 8-11, 2020, for the stated minimum prices and re-offer at listing prices to any price at or above $1.00 for unsold properties from the initial auction. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to execute agreement with the California Franchise Tax Board Court-Ordered Debt Collections Program for collection services for the period January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022. Approve amending the total project budget for security improvements related to the parking lot on Court Street, between 3rd and 4th Streets in Woodland, to a total project budget of $202,280; approve amending the contract with Clark Cadman, Inc. increasing compensation up to an additional $67,573 for a total compensation of $153,795; and adopt budget resolution adjusting the Construction In Progress - Facilities Capital Project operating budget by $92,280 using General Fund Contingency funds. Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the County Counsel, General Services, and Probation departments; and amend a benefit change for unrepresented employees.
