Members of the Board of Supervisors who have received, and applicants, contractors or their agents who have made, campaign contributions totaling more than $250 to a Board member within the preceding 12 months, are required to disclose that fact for the official record of the subject proceeding. Disclosures must include the amount of the campaign contribution and identify the recipient Board member(s) and may be made either in writing to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors prior to the subject hearing or by verbal disclosure at the time of the hearing.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS: All meetings of the Yolo County Board of Supervisors are held in person at the Board Chambers, located at 625 Court Street, Woodland, Room 206. Please note: Zoom participation will no longer be supported. While the Board chambers are open for public attendance, you are strongly encouraged to observe the livestream of the Board meeting at www.yolocounty.org (once on this page, click Live). In addition to live in person public comment, members of the public are welcome to submit written comments by 4:00 p.m. the Monday prior to the meeting to provide Board Members and interested members of the public a reasonable opportunity to review comments in advance of the meeting. Any written comments received will be available as an attachment corresponding with the agenda item. (www.yolocounty.org) Written comments should be emailed to clerkoftheboard@yolocounty.org or send to 625 Court Street, Room 204 Woodland, CA 95695. If you are submitting written comments on a particular item on the agenda, please identify the agenda item number. All written comments are distributed to Board Members, filed in the record, and will not be read aloud. Written comments received after 4:00 p.m. on Monday will be distributed to Board members and made available to the public for review after the Clerk’s office opens the following morning.
