Ratify the following: Resolution No. 22-28 proclaiming March 6 through 12, 2022 as Women in Construction Week in Yolo County. Resolution No. 22-29 proclaiming March 2022 as American Red Cross Month. Adopt resolution granting the Public Defender approval to accept the Public Defense Pilot Program Funding approved by the Board of State and Community Corrections in the amount of $289,129 for a grant period of March 1, 2022, through March 1, 2023; authorize the Public Defender to execute the grant award agreement including all amendments or extensions; and adopt a budget resolution to increase the Public Defender's budget for 2021-22 by $289,129. Approve fifth amendment to Agreement No. 18-256 with CommuniCare Health Centers, Inc. to increase funding in the amount of $49,970 for fiscal year (FY) 2021-22; and extend the agreement through June 30, 2023; and add funding in the amount of $199,970 for (FY) 2022-23 for a revised contract maximum of $877,440 for the period of September 1, 2018 through June 30, 2023, for the provision of Building and Strengthening Protective Factors services.
