Approve and authorize the Manager of Procurement to execute the first amendment to Agreement No. 1546 with SCI, Inc. increasing the maximum compensation by $57,555 for a revised maximum compensation amount of $354,027, and extending the term of the agreement through June 30, 2025 to develop engineers' reports and perform Proposition 218 elections for willing fire protection districts.
