Adopt a resolution authorizing Yolo County participation in the State Rental Assistance Program, and authorize the County Administrator to sign and execute an agreement with the California Department of Housing and Community Development and take any other additional actions necessary to allow HCD to administer the Emergency Rental Assistance Program on behalf of Yolo County.
