Approve agreement with Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, in an amount not to exceed $110,000, from May 2, 2016 through September 14, 2017, to provide inspections, material testing and special inspections for the Yolo County Juvenile Detention Facility Multi-Purpose Center Project.
