Approve amendment to Amended and Restated Agreement No. 18-103 (dated March 22, 2022; Yolo County Agreement No. 22-54) with Specialized Utility Services Program, Inc. to increase the contract amount by $161,332.04 for additional expenses incurred between June 7, 2023, and June 6, 2024, for operation and maintenance of the Wild Wings community water supply & distribution and wastewater recycling facilities.
