CONSENT AGENDA » - Community Services Community Development 6. Adopt resolution that expands Agricultural Preserve No. 022 and authorize the execution of a new Williamson Act contract on an approximately 140.19-acre property (APN: 041-100-013) within the Agricultural Intensive (A-N) zone; determine that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act. Adopt resolution that expands Agricultural Preserve No. 034 and authorize the execution of a new Williamson Act contract on an approximately 40.42-acre property (APN: 040-050-020) within the Agricultural Intensive (A-N) zone; determine that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
