Approve third amendment to agreement with Catholic Healthcare West Memorial Foundation dba Woodland Memorial Hospital to increase maximum compensation for fiscal year 2010/11 by $35,000 for a new total $210,000, and to extend the term of the agreement through fiscal year 2011/12 and add related compensation in the amount of $275,000, with the entire compensation totaling $485,000 to provide acute psychiatric inpatient hospital services to eligible Yolo County consumers from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2012.
