Ratify the following: Resolution No. 16-101 Commemorating the 241st Birthday of the United States Marine Corps. Resolution No. 16-102 Proclaiming November 11, 2016 "Veterans Day" in Yolo County. Resolution No. 16-103 Proclaiming April 6, 2017 through November 11, 2018 a Period to Recognize and Honor Yolo County's Services in World War I. 5. Authorize the Chair of the Board to sign a letter to the Central Valley Flood Protection Board and the California Department of Water Resources supporting the addition of the Conaway Ranch Levee Setback and Transitory Storage proposal for further study in the 2017 update to the Central Valley Flood Protection Plan. (No general fund impact) (Blacklock/Sabatini)
